Real estate investors from Poland move to Bucharest

Real estate funds present in Poland are preparing to enter the local market in search of higher yields, which in Romania are about 1.5% higher and are complemented by an unsaturated market.
“Investment funds present in Poland for the last 5-7 years could give up the portfolios they hold there, considering among other things the yields that have fallen in the last few years.

They could take their liquidities and move their operations eastwards - to countries like Romania, where the profitability of real estate investments is still high,” believes Pavel Tonski, manager of the real estate consulting firm Accreo Taxand.
